For Passengers Selecting Chauffeur-Driven Vehicle Rentals
General Terms
- Our platform connects passengers with vehicle vendors offering rentals, mainly chauffeur-driven vehicles.
- Passengers are responsible for reviewing vehicle details, pricing, and rental terms provided by the vendor.
Rental Duration & Service Inclusions
- Rental Period: The rental period is based on the daily charges set by the host/car owner in the listing details. Each host specifies the number of hours included per day in their listing. Please review the listing description and terms & conditions for precise rental duration details.
- Exclusions: Rental charges exclude vehicle cost, fuel, tolls, parking fees, and other incidental expenses.
- Chauffeur Working Hours: Maximum 08 hours per day; extensions are chargeable. Chauffeurs require a meal break and 8-hour rest period for safety.
Booking & Payment
- Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed only after advance service fee payment is received. Changes to rental start/end time must be made via the platform (subject to availability).
- Payment Terms: A 10% service fee must be paid in advance through the platform. The remaining balance is paid directly to the car owner upon ride completion.
- Cancellation: Cancellations are subject to the platform’s policy and may include an administration fee.
Vehicle Usage & Restrictions
- Authorized Use: Vehicles can be used only for lawful purposes (e.g., travel, events, daily commuting).
- Passenger Responsibility: Passengers must ensure traffic laws are followed. Any fines or penalties will be charged to the responsible passenger.
- No Unauthorized Drivers: Only the assigned chauffeur is allowed to drive. Passengers or third parties cannot drive the vehicle.
Chauffeur Conduct & Complaints
- Chauffeurs will drive responsibly, considering road conditions and traffic laws.
- Passengers must not pressure the chauffeur to exceed speed limits or violate traffic laws.
- Complaints regarding chauffeurs, vehicles, or service must be submitted via the platform.
Vehicle Return & Condition
- The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received (excluding normal wear and tear). Passengers will be charged for damages.
- If the vehicle is returned unclean, an additional cleaning fee applies.
Travel Restrictions
- Usage Area: Vehicles can only be used within mainland Pakistan.
- Travel to restricted areas (e.g., Northern Areas, FATA) requires prior approval.
- Toll & Fees: Passengers are responsible for tolls, parking fees, and other rental-period charges.
Prohibited Actions
- Platform Booking Requirement: Passengers must book and pay through the platform.
- Bypassing the platform for direct future rentals is strictly prohibited and will be considered a violation.
- Usage Restrictions:
- No off-road driving unless specified.
- No weapons, drugs, or smoking inside the vehicle.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Full Refund: Cancellations up to 24 hours before rental start receive a full refund.
- Short Notice: If booked within 24 hours, cancellations are free within 1 hour after booking.
- Cancellation Fee: A small fee applies after the free cancellation period.
- Host Cancellations: If the vendor cancels, passengers will be notified, and the platform will assist with rebooking or issuing a refund.
- Unforeseen Cancellations: In cases like natural disasters, a refund (subject to an admin fee) may be issued upon providing valid proof.
Limitation of Liability
- The platform is not liable for disputes, damages, accidents, or losses during the rental period.
- Passengers should verify vehicle condition and compliance with local laws before renting.
Agreement to Terms
By using our platform, passengers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
For Vendors Listing Vehicles on Our Platform
Vendor Requirements & Listing Conditions
- Vendors must be individual vehicle owners or registered car rental agencies in Pakistan.
- Vendors must provide valid vehicle ownership and rental authority documentation.
- Vehicle Listings: Listings must include accurate details (make, model, year, rental rates, condition, and extra services).
- Misleading information may result in removal from the platform.
Prohibited Information
- Direct contact details (phone numbers, email addresses, website links) cannot be included in listings.
- All communication must occur via the platform.
Booking & Payment Process
- Advance Payment: Passengers pay 10% upfront to the platform (included in the vendor’s total).
- Remaining Payment: The passenger pays the vendor directly in cash at the end of the ride. Vendors must collect this amount themselves.
Safety & Security of the Platform
- Account Security: Vendors must secure their accounts and report unauthorized access. Passwords must not be shared.
- Prohibited Actions: Vendors must not bypass the platform for direct bookings. Violations will lead to account suspension.
- Data Protection: Passenger data must only be used for rental agreements.
Vehicle Condition & Maintenance
- Vehicle Safety: Vendors must maintain vehicles in good condition. No mechanical defects are allowed.
- Insurance: Vendors must have comprehensive vehicle insurance covering damage, theft, and accidents.
- Cleanliness: Vehicles must be clean upon delivery. Vendors may charge a cleaning fee if the vehicle is returned untidy (must be disclosed in the listing).
Rental Terms & Conditions
- Rental Agreements: Vendors must clearly outline rates, mileage limits, and fuel charges before booking.
- Chauffeur Services: Chauffeurs must be trained, professional, and follow traffic laws.
- Fuel & Mileage: Vendors must state whether fuel is included and any extra mileage charges upfront.
Legal Compliance & Ethical Conduct
- Illegal Activities: Vendors must not engage in illegal activities (e.g., fraudulent insurance claims, unauthorized data use).
- Professional Behavior: Vendors must treat passengers respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, or misconduct will result in termination.
Platform Regulations & Compliance
- Non-Compliance: Vendors failing to follow platform rules may face suspension or termination.
- Dispute Resolution: Disputes must be reported to the platform for resolution. Vendors must not handle disputes directly.
Taxes & Legal Compliance
- Tax Responsibilities: Vendors must handle their own tax payments. The platform does not collect taxes on behalf of vendors.
- Legal Compliance: Vendors must ensure all rental operations comply with Pakistan’s vehicle laws.
Agreement to Terms
By listing vehicles, vendors agree to these terms and conditions. Any violation may result in account suspension or termination.
Disclaimer for Passengers and Hosts (Car Owners)
Our platform serves solely as an intermediary connecting passengers with vehicle owners (hosts) for rentals. We do not own, operate, or control the vehicles listed. All rental terms, vehicle conditions, pricing, and services are set by the hosts.
- Liability: The platform is not responsible for any disputes, accidents, damages, delays, losses, or injuries that occur during the rental period. Passengers and hosts must verify vehicle conditions, legal compliance, and rental terms independently.
- Payments & Cancellations: Passengers must pay a non-refundable service fee in advance through the platform to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid directly to the host after the ride’s completion. All payments and cancellations follow the platform’s policies. Direct transactions outside the platform are strictly prohibited.
- Compliance & Conduct: Passengers and hosts must adhere to local laws, platform policies, and ethical standards. Misuse of the platform, fraudulent activities, or bypassing platform payments may result in account suspension.
- Security & Data Protection: Users must maintain account security. The platform is not liable for unauthorized account access or misuse of personal data by third parties.
- By using our platform, both passengers and hosts must acknowledge and agree to these terms.
